The Anti Money Laundering Act states that funds deposited by card must be withdrawn to the same card before any profits can be withdrawn by other methods - such as bank transfers.

If your used card has expired and been replaced by another one, it may be possible to withdraw to the new card as they usually have the same card number.

But to be sure, you should send an email to finance@blackbull.com explaining that your card has expired and they will either tell you that you can withdraw to your new card or they will open up for you to withdraw via bank transfer.

However, you may need to send proof from your bank that the card is no longer in use, so if you have not kept the document you received when the card was replaced, you can contact your bank and ask for a signed document proving that the card is no longer in use.

You should also follow this procedure if your card is blocked, lost or otherwise no longer active.
